North East Victoria Bird: Sacred Kingfisher Plant: Grass trees (Xanthorrhoea), 4 metres high so ~ 400 years old. The grass trees are flowering at the moment. Their flower spikes are amazing! Holly's interest in mindful birding led her to founding the Mindful Birding Network in 2021. Kingfisher Retreat has now joined the network, so we'll be sure to share news of upcoming events and more about Mindful Birding.
